What do you think of C.J. Gardner-Johnson's comments after the game saying, uh, "He's just a practice squad player, and he'll never make another play again"?
46:00
Yeah.
46:01
Shoot, some guys showed me that, uh, last night.
46:05
I mean, look, man, [sighs] I, I, I'm happy for the guy.
46:09
We'll let, let them do a lot of talking after the game and do all that, but you know, we went out there and executed, made some plays, and were able to come out with a win.
46:17
And, um, just we want our play to be, you know, do the talking.
46:21
I think Chiz do- thinks the same thing, man.
48:56
How much confidence do you guys get when you're asked to go forward on fourth down and you're not just settling for field goals and you're, and you're really kind of putting the pressure on the, uh, the opposing defense?
46:05
What do you think of C.J. Gardner-Johnson's comments after the game saying, uh, he's just a practice squad player and he'll never make another play again?
46:14
Yeah.
46:16
Shoot, some guys showed me that, uh, last night.
46:19
I mean, look, man, [sighs] I, I, I'm happy for the guy.
46:24
I'm gonna let, let them do a lot of talking after the game and do all that, but you know, we went out there and executed, made some plays, and were able to come out with a win.
46:32
And, um, just we want our play to be, you know, do the talking.
46:36
I think Chiz do it, thinks the same thing, man.
48:44
Yeah.
1:59
What do you think of C.J. Gardner-Johnson's comments after the game saying, uh, he's just a practice squad player and he'll never make another play again?
2:09
Yeah.
2:10
Shoot, some guys showed me that, uh, last night.
2:14
I mean, look, man, [laughs] I, I, I'm happy for the guy.
2:18
I'm gonna let, let them do a lot of talking after the game and do all that, but, you know, we went out there and executed, made some plays, and were able to come out with a win.
2:26
And, um, just we want our play to be, you know, do the talking.
2:30
I think Chisholm do- thinks the same thing, man.
5:05
How much confidence do you guys get when you're asked to go for it on fourth down, and you're not just settling for field goals, and you're, and you're really kind of putting the pressure on the, uh, the opposing defense?
26:12
Uh, how do you guys bounce back from this one?
26:16
Yeah.
26:16
Uh, yeah, I mean, I mean, pretty plain and simple, didn't play good.
26:21
Uh, no one played good.
26:23
Um, we all gotta look at ourselves in the mirror and, um, figure out what we can do better, um, to improve and to continue to get better and not put what, put out what we put out there yesterday.
26:35
Um, just a lot of bad football and, you know, it's, it's definitely a reality check for sure that we, we, we, you know, play a good, against a good football team on the road, um, you do things, you know, you just continue to give them opportunities, you know, it, the game can flip on you, and, um, yeah, that one sucks.
26:53
You know, as a fellow captain, when it comes to Drake May, when he's, has some of these turnover issues, are, are you going over there and talking to him on the sideline? Are you staying away from him on the sideline? Like, how, how do you approach that?
27:05
Uh, it's a little bit of both.
25:57
Uh, how do you guys bounce back from this one?
26:01
Yeah.
26:01
Uh, yeah, I mean, I mean, pretty plain and simple.
26:05
Didn't play good.
26:06
Uh, no one played good.
26:08
Um, we all gotta look at ourselves in the mirror and, um, figure out what we can do better, um, to improve and to continue to get better and not put what, put out what we put out there yesterday.
26:20
Um, just a lot of bad football and, you know, it's, it's definitely a reality check for sure that we, we, we, you know, play a good, against a good football team on the road, um, you do things, you know, you just continue to give them opportunities, you know, the, the game's gonna flip on you and, um, yeah, that one sucks.
26:38
You know, as a fellow captain when it comes to Drake May, when he's, has some of these turnover issues, are, are you going over there and talking to him on the sideline? Are you staying away from him on the sideline? Like how, how do you approach that?
1:29
Uh, how do you guys bounce back from this one?
1:33
Yeah.
1:33
Uh, yeah, I mean, I mean, pretty plain and simple, didn't play good.
1:38
Uh, no one played good.
1:40
Um, we all gotta look at ourselves in the mirror and, um, figure out what we can do better, um, to improve and to continue to get better and not put what- put out what we've put out there yesterday.
1:52
Um, just a lot of bad football and, you know, it's, it's definitely a reality check for sure that we, we, we, you know, play a good, against a good football team on the road, um, you do things, [chuckles] you know, you just continue to give them opportunities.
2:06
You know, the game's gonna flip on you and, um, yeah, that one sucks.
3:38
Was it anything from Jacksonville's side that was making it more difficult, or would you say it was more self-inflicted?

8:58
What do the Jags present defensively?
9:01
Um, shoot, a lot.
9:02
Um, they do a lot of different things and throw a lot of different things at you.
9:05
I mean, every, every team I feel like has a good front.
9:08
I feel like we talk about that nonstop.
9:09
But this team has got a lot of guys up, up front that just cause a lot of mismatches, um, cause a lot of disruption.
9:16
They go after the ball.

9:31
Hunter, where do you feel this offense is at two weeks in?
28:04
How do you guys go from going over to him, talking to him quickly, and then flipping the switch and getting back out there knowing that that was a pretty serious injury for Mike?
28:14
Yeah, it's always tough, man.
28:17
I've been through my fair share of pretty major ones and seen a ton throughout my career and It just never gets easier.
28:24
A guy that just means so much to this locker room, to these guys in here, puts so much work in, and it's just, yeah, you hate to see it.
28:34
It's hard, to be honest with you.
28:36
Just, you know, that person inside of you and the guy that you've gone to battle with so many times, seeing him laying there, you know, hurting, it's hard.
28:46
Man, just...
29:13
What did you think of that? That was nice right off the top, right? yeah you guys are experienced yeah we are so i i call i refer to it as a as an ugly win and you know the offense probably not uh what you guys were looking for you mentioned some of the turnovers some of the penalties drake may yesterday 14 out of 22 208 he had the pick uh he's had a few throws that i would say don't necessarily look like the same drake we saw a year ago some that have hung up in the air maybe something he doesn't look as comfortable on what's your confidence level we get that same drake may back from a year ago

32:49
How much do you feel like you saw the progress of it?
32:53
Yeah, I mean, I think obviously we moved the ball well, you know, shot ourselves in the foot a little bit on some negative plays, penalties.
33:01
Obviously turnovers are huge.
33:03
We've got to clean these things up because, you know, keep playing good teams and keep giving them chances.
33:11
You know, it's going to make it hard on our defense.
33:12
Obviously our defense played insanely good.
33:15
It's a lot of fun watching those guys fly around right now and how they're playing.
speaker_8UNKNOWN
33:57
How would you describe just how impactful they were today?
13:12
[laughs]
13:12
... th- those ran throughout the whole year.
13:14
Um, and it was, it was fun.
13:16
Like, it was just- it was, it was fun to...
13:18
It was kind of, like, our thing, and no one...
13:20
It was honestly just me and her would watch it, and we were kinda, we're both kinda night owls too, so we would kinda stay up late.
13:25
I would get to stay up late sometimes and watch them, so that was always special.

20 MINS LATER
