Uh, we will have some longer term, uh, what I like to call a partnership opportunity.

It's not directly, uh, lending money, but we, we have some opportunities in our pipeline to purchase larger properties, commercial, multifamily, things like that.

Um, and that will require funds, uh, from people to contribute into the deal for a slice of the equity.

So it's more of a long-term play than a short-term.
