It was signed into law September 18th, and it does authorize the president to impose additional duties.

So the statute broadly uses all goods in quotes language.

So we cannot currently say that fertilizer is exempt from potential tariffs.

That's particularly important for nitrogen.

So what's the latest when it comes to Congressman Thompson's bill and the efforts on the Hill?

Yeah, look, we are fully supportive of Chairman Thompson's Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act.

Now, we are dwindling down to the end of this Congress.

There are not many legislative days left on the calendar when you take August and October recesses and the upcoming elections into play.

So there's a lot to get done in a short amount of time.

And your guess is as good as mine on whether or not there are enough days to get this done, especially with such tight margins in the House and the Senate.

With the very untimely passing of Senator Lindsey Graham this week, certainly send well wishes to his friends and family.

What is your takeaway from this EO and what it means for RegenAg?

Do we have something now or in the pipeline that could replace glyphosate?

I do think that there are a number of products that have already passed Some of the initial tests at EPA, and they're waiting to get final approval.

Some of those are herbicides.

Some of those are insecticides, fungicides, or genocides.

We're waiting for final approval on a lot of these products.

The Pesticide Registration Improvement Act is up for reauthorization here in the next couple years.

And that we expect that to go through and which will help bring new products to market.

I know ARA has concerns about it.
