Is there a new movement going on within the horror genre now? And Hope, I thought I'd ask you that question

first.

I think that studios are recognizing that there is young talent that have really kind of honed their craft on YouTube and are giving them the opportunity to make the leap to the big screen.

And it's obviously paid off very well.

Cory Barker, a couple of years ago, just free on YouTube, maybe about an hour-long film called Milk and Cereal with an S.

It was amazing.

It was just a really, really good found footage serial killer movie, very entertaining, and millions of people watched it, and that was the springboard for him to make Obsession, which is one of the best, not just the best horror films, one of the best films of 2026.

So how do you approach that? How do you create an image that scares the shit out of people?
