Sure.

Well, the Community Health Care Clinic, or we call ourselves CHCC for short, was established about 30 years ago.

We are a free clinic that serves the uninsured population in McLean County.

And the need for the clinic was really something that was identified more than 30 years ago by our two local hospital systems and local medical professionals who saw an increase in uninsured individuals coming into our ERs and seeking care because of unmanaged chronic conditions.

And they were conditions that could be managed.

if they had access to a doctor or medication.
