So I'm curious, how do you manage the group that you just spoke about that helped you to build the app? How do you manage the complexities and came to a conclusion that works for everyone? And then after that, I would like you to tell us what features can people find today in the app?
7:52
Yeah, absolutely.
7:53
So as far as our features, the first thing that looks a little bit different from say a typical community friendship dating platform is that our security measures more stringent than what you might typically find.
8:06
So a signup process is a little bit longer for obvious reasons, but safety is just obviously not something we're willing to compromise on.
8:13
So there's that.
8:14
We use AI in a variety of ways to verify someone is who they say they are.
8:18
And that's sort of like add-on features to a lot of apps.

17:42
But I would be curious about how, what are you doing with employment, which is such an important part of this conversation, this piece?
28:25
exactly is it? Who is it for? And what made you realize we need this?
28:32
Yeah.
28:33
Weibo in simple terms is a social networking app.
28:37
It's built specifically for the neurodivergent community to find each other for dates and friends and also to find support and inclusive employment because What I noticed and how this started was I watched Love on the Spectrum from my couch in the COVID lockdown.
28:55
And the first season was Australian until Netflix bought the rights and sort of blew it up into this huge show that it is now.
29:02
And if you're listening and you haven't seen Love on the Spectrum, it's a show that follows a group of autistic adults with their first experiences dating, many of whom it's their very first experience dating on camera, which like...
29:15
It must be the most daunting thing on the planet, honestly.

46:34
How did you do that?
1:36
What was that moment for you where you just went, I'm moving on, I'm changing the way this is as of now?
1:45
Yeah, well, there's a series of moments, I think.
1:50
It's not an overnight thing at all.
1:51
There's lots of little steps of scary things that lead to, I guess, finally feeling like I've done all the scary things I could want to do.
2:00
I'm good, I feel free, I feel light.
2:02
And when I finally decided to leave the house bald, which is a huge deal after having a wig on my head every day for 30 years, no exceptions...
2:14
It's because I've been showing up online like this and building a community and helping people feel more comfortable with themselves.
3:28
What do you say to them? How do you help them in their journey as well?
