Holly what was your what did it change like when you started you've obviously done a lot of work on this and you mentioned the money archetypes which I'd love to chat to you about in a minute but what did it change for you really kind of understanding your money mindset and being able to I mean

change it yes yeah for sure and it's definitely a change of money mindset but it's I don't want anyone to get the impression that this is like you flick a switch and you go from feeling one thing to feeling something else.

Like I said before, it's definitely a process.

I'm still and will always be on that process, in that process, on that journey towards a healthier, more confident relationship with money.

And like I said before, it's a relationship.

It's a dynamic.

It requires that ongoing attention.

Like if, if, if, how does that, how does, how does not seeing that value affect pricing? And can you give any tips on where to start when it comes to, if you recognize yourself in, in that, I can't, I can't put my prices up, um, type situation.
