What led to you initially starting this?

Um, for me, it was that we'd go to these great big events and we invested a lot of money as different customers, uh, you know, of event.

Yeah.

And we didn't always walk out with the voice of customer we needed.

Hmm.

It seemed like all show and no impact.

And so I started hosting dinners where, like you said, I curate the room.

And there are a lot of people here that are not black.
