How do you use them day to day?
24:39
um yes i do love them i got them spur of the moment actually in april um i got them made up in spain after i had been there for a few days and i had to get new sunglasses um because i left mine behind and just talking to the optician it kind of came up and um just being in a way i had got lost a couple of times i kind of got frustrated and i from the day i put them on things just have changed for me um i have an extremely busy life um i am a mom of one i don't know how how parents do it with two or three children one one young man matthew who's 11 i work in dublin three days a week but i live in belfast so i spend hundreds of miles a week on buses and trains so times are time for me is very very precious and So the first thing I would say is sending messages, the usual kind of things people say, sending text messages, making calls, listening to my music, my podcast, my audiobook on the train.

But the other... massive part for me is being able to see, to read, particularly in relation to my son's homework, medications for him.
26:05
I was able to read, well, when I say I was able to read, but I was able to give him Calpol, the correct amount of Calpol.
26:12
When I say I was able to, I mean, I didn't have to ask anybody else because Matt had read the label for me.
26:17
Homework for Matthew, a big one.
26:19
So kind of use them every way.

On parenting specifically, how are you using it?
