there are vulnerabilities, but I want to start with what I consider the most important one, which is age.

Parents, out of ignorance and for convenience, are handing devices, little kind of gaming distractions and devices, to infants and toddlers and preschoolers.

And this is an enormous mistake because essentially that child's brain is getting wired from for those activities, and it is missing out on all the activities that are important for children to participate in to be normal and healthy.
