Why has that always been important to you?
4:01
Um, we're things for two reasons.
4:02
It's been a big part of my journey, both... being mentored i've been really lucky to have some really good mentors um and also mentoring other people yeah um so what was the puzzle why has mentorship always been so important to you i think well like i said obviously yeah in the early days m2 said that was just there was so few of us and shane was really fortunate to get a couple of mentors quite early on i think we basically realized that we Ben and I, and asked her to reach the end of what we could probably teach each other.

And so I was mentored from quite early on by an amazing woman called Laura Pleasance, who was the CMO of Capsify, up until they sold a couple of years ago.

And yeah, I mean, she just taught me so much about business and about leadership and about marketing.

And then also by a man called Matt Lowe, who I actually, we just met in the WeWork that we worked in.

So a lot of very serendipitous things have gone on in my career.

And what has made the best mentors that you just mentioned so impactful? What made them so great and so memorable?
