Just how are we teaching? Is it being effective? Do we know that kids know when they nod their head, say they know something, you know?

No.

Because, you know, I am coaching the dark side now, and we are putting a whole new system in.

So our offense is over there kicking our butt right now because they know what the heck we're doing because we've been doing it for 13 years.

But defense, it's a whole new deal.

And you'd be surprised we've gone halfway through spring and now June.

And a week ago, we just finally sat in there and said – So what I'm learning is ask questions.

And if you don't start with those basics, like you're saying, and really build the foundation of what you want to do in those base core concepts, you know, it becomes very easy to just – see things online see things on the game on the weekends and want to plug and play you better have something you can always go back to where your kids are going to be comfortable and it has to be something that you've spent that time really teaching and developing that comfort in that concept
