Are you guys bridging that gap with what you're doing so that you're connecting the right people with the right jobs in the future?

Yeah, so when you have a community-based business, coalition, cooperative, this ecosystem that we're building out.

Every company and everybody needs to do their own.

You can still do your own thing, have your own identity.

An example of this is Arkansas State University has a, well, their system has a program called CREST.

And it's kind of like manufacturers and industry has a connection with students, but it's at the collegiate level, right? If I have students, middle school, high school, can I get the CREST people who represents ASU and also represents industry, can I get them to show up at our event? And we have an event midway through the process called the Youth Empowerment Summit.

Can I get them to be there? And so I don't need to reinvent.

So how do you get to the point where you're helping the students not only discover new opportunities, but then get to the point where they're deciding on, hey, this might be my pathway?
