So what, what are moments early in your career with your family that you just, like, they pop back into your mind?
H
15:47Henrik ShimonyGUEST
So, you know, in the hospitality industry there is a seasonality, and there is some also times that there is some problem with tourism.
H
15:58Henrik ShimonyGUEST
It's harder, and you need to find a solution and to be a quick reactor, and it's not easy 'cause the rent is high, and [laughs] we need to pay salary.
H
16:10Henrik ShimonyGUEST
So I think during the COVID we had a great, uh, I had a great lesson that I learned from that family that I can remember, I can't forget, um, how much they appreciate the employees, and no matter what, they couldn't let them leave, and they keep tells, like pay their salaries and, um, they appreciate them a lot because there is something that not exist in this generation.
H
16:35Henrik ShimonyGUEST
The employees that work for my family work for us for their entire career, and it's not exist anymore, and that's a lesson that I learned, um, how to try to give your employees the best time and to keep them in the hard days and in the good days, and to make them, uh, happy.
H
16:55Henrik ShimonyGUEST
So I try to take that example of a gr- great, like example for me, but a bad time that happened to our industry, and, uh, that's a lesson that I learned, and this is something that I can't forget.
