So you have to have a reference point for the practice.

You have to know what the values of the practice are, what values you hold in your business and what is the process that you follow from A to Z. exactly what is happening in each step.

You can't assume it knows anything and it will not do anything that's not in the document or it will make a mistake or make something up.

So you have to go into extreme detail in your process guide to show this AI where it must go and what direction it must follow.
