Do you put that down to anything? Is there anything they should be doing? Should they be researching, finding a community? What are you thinking is the main prongs of next steps? What do you need to succeed?

I think they need to figure out why they're stuck.

So once you can figure out why you're stuck, which is probably the hardest thing to do because otherwise they wouldn't be stuck.

If you can sort of navigate why you feel stuck.

So for example, just before I went to Cyprus, I had everything.

I had a nice car.

I lived with some lovely friends.
