Everyone can spot who's not frail.

So, for example, our All Blacks and everyone can spot who is frail.

For example, people who would reside at hospital level care and age residential care.

But therefore, we know it's a spectrum.

So when a patient is identified as living with frailty, what are the most effective management strategies available to us, thinking perhaps from a primary care perspective?
