The property portfolio that you still hold today, what kind of properties have you targeted within that over the years?

Helen EwingGUEST
So I went to buy in Mayfield when it was still just after BHP actually closed down and so I was mainly buying two bedroom houses I could change to three or ones that didn't have off-street parking that I could put a carport on or it was just an old house and I could do a renovation.

Helen EwingGUEST

Helen EwingGUEST

Helen EwingGUEST
So I just renovated them and I did... take a little bit of time in boarding houses because I was looking for a higher rental return because I didn't want to accumulate a huge responsibility in terms of negatively gearing.
