So surgery number three, I was 19 years old and I had had other surgeries within that same month, the orthopedic knee surgery.

And I was in the physical, so get me out of the hospital.

And I was in PT for a substantial amount of time.

And I remember the feeling of just being completely sidelined.

At this point, I had not only dissociated from my knee, but I also started naming the pillows around myself where, you know, this was my poodle pillow.

And how can we understand your philosophy about that range of motion and how it comes to be with hypermobility?
