And so some of those cadences that are built in allow us to have the space for those conversations.

So one of the tools that we use is called a quarterly conversation.

And that's where we get real clear about what is working, what is not in alignment with what your role is and how you contribute to this team and this company and our client outcomes.

So that gives us the framework, I think, to open up that, to have those really healthy back and forth.
