So my husband and I were married in October of 2023, and from the very beginning of our marriage, we were open to life and hoping to begin growing our family as soon as we could.

We had deep desires for having as many children as the Lord would allow, so we wanted to get started right away.

We even planned a relatively short engagement for this purpose, and about three months into our marriage, we were still praying and hoping to conceive.

We were practicing fertility charting using the Creighton method and went to see our doctor in January of 2024.

She said that stuff was looking okay and that within a few more months, if there was still no conception, they would be able to diagnose infertility and we could start looking at taking some holistic approaches to increase our chances to conceive.

However, she did want to do just one test to rule out any sort of outside factors that would also be influencing what was showing on my chart.
