Um, and I'm just like ranting here, but I think some of it is when I look at your content and you're like physics oriented, physiology oriented, like why do those things matter to help people actually make like meaningful progress in this stuff?
15:15
Oh man, I think on a personal like philosophy level, I always, care about what's real and what's true, and I ask a lot of question about what's real and what's true, and I try to really go through my thought process of why I think something is real and it's true.
15:43
And it just, when you start asking enough questions, what's real and what's true, it's a, I mean, I get it's kinda, when I talk about it, it's kinda abstract right now, but, But when you just talk about like, you know, anything PT training related, like I was, I was with, oh, I was watching someone's story of this, another PT, you know, he was like doing, ask me anything.
16:13
And someone asked, oh, when I, when I train Muay Thai, my back hurts.
16:17
Why is that? And he was giving me answers.
16:19
He was giving me answers.
16:19
Oh, you could be, You know, your hip mobility, it could be your kicking technique, it could be all those things.
