So when I was going through my biopsy in Boston, my sister was there to give support to my husband.

So my sister and my husband were sitting there while I was getting my biopsy and they started talking about how to commemorate my surgery.

And my sister was very much into yoga and she did firewalking.

So she's like, you know, in firewalking, we write our fears on a piece of wood and we throw it in the fire, then we walk across it.

So you should do that on the day of the surgery.
