Actually, I have a very defining moment.

I was 2012, 2013.

I was going through just a personal time.

And so I was working with a business coach to really say, can I do more? I loved what I did, but I personally wanted to do more.

And I overheard a planner that is still in the business, an independent planner who I respected the heck out of.

I heard her say, I didn't know you could negotiate force majeure.

How has that belief shaped your leadership style and then your company's mission? And how do you keep that mindset alive when the industry gets pretty fast, messy, and let's just say transactional?
