Yeah, and that's the big thing about growth is I don't think where our public transportation is at.

I don't think it's at the level we need it right now, let alone the level we need it 10 years from now.

I, you know, and if we're going to have growth, if we're going to build out, we're going to build up, we need to give people ways to get to and from reliably to and from doctor's appointments, grocery stores.

And as of right now, I'm not seeing a reliable transportation according to residents.
