When I first started, we had leased the first helicopter.

I actually had a student who almost totaled the helicopter in year two of being in business and then refused to pay for it.

So that was really challenging.

And then I met my now late husband in 2011.

So I started 2008.

Which ones, when you're working with somebody who's experiencing grief, which techniques do you really rely on? Which ones did you find most helpful and most helpful when you're working with others?
