It seems like maybe that's not the case yet.

No, in, in fact, in our experience, you know, starting to add AI into the mix, it just raises the bar for what it takes to be effective as a leader.

It doesn't lower the bar.

The stakes are higher because once-- You know, initially it can feel intense because there's the cognitive load of, of trying to do your day job, the things that you've always done, but you've also got this learning curve.

You know, I'm, I'm trying to now, uh, do this analysis and put the right prompt into an LLM to, and you're, you're floundering around trying to figure out how to use the tools.

So you've got that learning curve on top of, you know, what you're already trying to do, but then it's the and now that some tasks that are more rote or transactional, as some of those things start to come off of a leader's plate, that's kind of when the fear sets in, when it's like, oh gosh, now what's left is I actually have to lead my team, cast a vision, give tough feedback, because that's what can't be replaced.

AI can't get in a room with you and your direct report to have the tough conversation for you.
