So for someone new to this, what does it mean to say we're moving sort of into a new age, like the age of Aquarius? And why does that matter now?

It's so critical because it really reshapes our understanding of our human history.

You know, our modern Western view is that we've been on this linear progression since civilization started about 6,000 years ago, and that we're really at our most advanced level now.

But when, and part of this got shaped for me by my interest in cultural anthropology and my exploration of sacred sites around the globe.

And I started to realize with trips to Egypt, to Peru, to other parts of the world, Gobekli Tepe, that these ancient sites dating back 10, 12,000 years show much more advanced knowledge of technology, astronomy, mathematics, energy, light, acoustics, sacred geometry than we can even conceive of.

So then it led me into exploring this larger cycle of human history, the processional cycle, which is a 24,000 year cycle.

And we move through approximately every 2000 years, a different age when that constellation here in the Northern hemisphere is rising before sunrise.

So when looking, if you just take what your knowledge is, and we look out over the next five years, say, what do you see happening on the planet? What sort of shift is going to happen with this understanding?

So will we dive into the story of who Isis was in connection to Osiris, how they experienced their profound life story together? What did they go through? Where did they find themselves on the other side of their journey? Because I feel as we dive into that, as you listen to how Heather explains their story, I invite the viewers to reflect on their own life journey and experience, how that may symbolically in fact be connected to these ancient archetypes.

The story of Isis and Osiris is such an ancient and profound story.

And I think part of what we need to remember before I describe the story is that those ancient myths carried meaning for ancient cultures, both about the movement of the stars and planets, but also speaking to our evolution of consciousness as humanity.

So as we talk about the story, that's important to hold that awareness.

But the story itself is so powerful.

It's about how Isis and Osiris were leaders of the people in ancient Egypt and really modeling, embodying that energy of love and wisdom and and living in harmony and balance with all that is, what the ancient Egyptians called the energy of Maat, living in harmony with the sacredness of all of life.

And about 28 years into their reign, and they were very benevolent leaders, not into power over or control, but guiding the people and how to be in balance.

Do you agree?

And so where would you like to open us into, uh, speaking about this choice point even deeper and how it all culminates in this year of 2032?

Well, you said it so well, Emilio.

I really see that timeframe from March 2025, the end of the Kali Yuga, to June 2032, that conjunction of Saturn and Uranus in the upraised arm of Orion, which to the ancient Egyptians symbolized coming back into connection with cosmic order, moving out of chaos and disorder back into harmony with all that is.

And remember that Orion is that constellation that moves in its declination with the processional cycle.

So it's closest to the horizon when we're in the golden age at a level of higher consciousness.

It's now, as we're coming out of the Kali Yuga and our lowest time of consciousness, it's been farthest from us and highest in the sky.

And here we are in this particular event, period of time and here you are saying all of this so i find that really ravishing wow where did this all begin for you the balance of this curious mythological aspiration within your own intelligence the clinical psychotherapist and also astrology how did it all develop

The interest in ancient mythology and this exploration of ancient history started for me by traveling to ancient sacred sites and witnessing and experiencing the sophistication and the level of understanding of astronomy, of mathematics, of healing energies that were so palpably clear at these ancient sites.

And then beginning to realize our whole understanding of history in modern Western culture is not accurate.

So it led me into a deeper dive, but I also then discovered Hamlet's Mill and that book that looks at how the ancient myths were so often describing Planetary cycles or the movement of the stars because the ancient cultures were so in tune with these larger cycles So it just led me into a deeper deeper deeper exploration of that.

But all of that came after a critical mystical experience that I had when I was in practice in California on the path of being a clinical psychologist and experienced this voice that said very clearly to me, you need to leave your life as you've known it or you will die.

I knew with every fiber of my being that was true.

And so it led me to my own transformational process of dismantling my life as I'd known it on every level in the liminal time, which And prior to going into clinical psychology, I had been studying cultural anthropology.

It's actually something that is very meaningful and purposeful.

Do you recall when you came across this book?

It was sometime in the '90s.

So part of my trajectory in terms of my spirituality is growing up in a very conservative Christian environment.

And it was in my late 20s that I went through a crisis of faith and really stepped out of that religious context into a deep exploration of spirituality that led me into exploring women's spirituality in particular, as well as ancient wisdom traditions and other cultural perspectives.

And that book was profound for me in terms of her exploration of sacred feminine wisdom and the wisdom of the dark, as well as the wisdom of the light.

And part of what impacted me about that book is the beginning section.

She's exploring our last 40,000 years of human history in the context of the lunar cycle.

Uh, what has sitting in circle taught you about vulnerability that no amount of study or training ever could?

Would you like to share a little about the precessional cycles in, in relation to this?

Absolutely.

So it is fascinating what you're saying, Julia, because we are at that critical juncture in the 24,000-year precessional cycle where we're at the ending of one precessional cycle, the beginning of a new one, and a time where as we're moving into the Age of Aquarius we are facing the possibility of an evolutionary leap into fifth dimensional consciousness, into higher consciousness.

And we are remembering so much of the ancient wisdom from that time 12,000 years ago and earlier, the time of Atlantis that was working with su- such a high level of consciousness.

And we're reconnecting with the understanding of, as you said, uh, ways of energy healing.

And I think it's fascinating that it, in Atlantis there was that understanding of the crystal grid, and we're learning so much more now about the Earth's energy lines and how we can work with those energies.

But it's such a critical time in the precessional cycle where we can either heal and move into higher consciousness or re-enact the trauma of what happened 12,000 years ago where we stay out of balance, stay in separation consciousness, or that destructive power over model in a way then that we will go through, uh, a time where the Earth will reset and we as humanity will have to work through another major cataclysmic crisis on the planet, that every 12,000 years in the precessional cycle we experience this time of shift in human consciousness and Earth changes.

So what do you think about that?

Speaking to the lost parts, how do you define lost?

Lost in the sense that we have gotten disconnected from our awareness of those parts of ourselves, and that, you know, I think it's both related to when we're traumatized and it's too painful to integrate and deal with, or we're not supported in healing from the trauma.

Then we often will bury or repress those memories or those experiences or aspects of ourselves.

Or depending on the level of the trauma, we can literally split off those parts of the self in order to be safe and to cope.

You know, and at the extreme end of the perspective, you know, from a clinical psychology perspective, you have dissociative identity disorder, where you have these different parts of the self that operate independently and don't even know that the others exist.

But it's a way of coping with trauma that's too overwhelming to see and integrate.

And so part of the healing is being in enough safety and in enough context where those parts can be allowed to emerge, have their voice, tell their story, express their feelings, and as you would, you know, say with your theme in the book, be re-mothered.

Yes.

Um, do we begin with the Age of Leo? Can you tell us a little bit about, um, the Age of Leo?

So part of what I talk about in the book is how when we move through the precessional cycle and move through these different astrological ages, it's as if we experience our reality through that lens, that archetypal meaning of that astrological age.

And interestingly enough, if, if you think of each age as this 2,000-year period when that constellation is rising in the Northern Hemisphere at the time of spring equinox, then it's activating that energy of that sign, that constellation.

But then the sub-age, the second thousand years, is about the energy opposite that sign.

So the sub-age of Leo is Aquarius.

And when we went into the Age of Leo 12,000 years ago, that's when we see sites like the Sphinx, which I think was originally a lioness, not a lion body with a pharaoh's head.

I think that was a later addition.

But you, you included yourself as well, so [laughs] I'm gonna touch on.

I really see Aquarius as about coming back into balance, coming back into wholeness, and really awakening to the capacity of our higher consciousness again.

I think our obsession with technology and getting caught up in AI would be the shadow aspect of the Age of Aquarius.

But remembering the capacity of our consciousness, our capacity to reclaim those ways of being telepathic, of holding higher consciousness, of attuning to the consciousness of the earth and sky, that's part of what Aquarius is about.

Sirius is the star guiding us, guiding us through this whole cycle.

And Sirius is, I think, reflective of that ancient story of Isis and Osiris, with Isis being associated with the star Sirius, Osiris with the stars of Orion.

And Sirius, I believe, is the binary star that guides us through this cycle of ascending and descending consciousness, helps us come back into the remembrance of who we are and what we're capable of.
