And number two, how are data centers... how do you envision data centers as, as being part of that whole technology picture in the region?

Yeah.

And so, so, um, certainly there is, there is some concern and some, uh, community, uh, I'll say, um, unease over a data center investment, and we are doing our best to try and mitigate that and to try and bring facts to light.

Um, we're seeing significant investment, um, Google, Microsoft, AWS, all investing in, in Northwest Indiana, the Digital Crossroad, uh, data center that came online, um, after the 2019 legislation was passed, uh, by the State of Indiana, really making us a, a welcoming place for data centers.

And, uh, so with-With that legislation, it opened kind of a, an opportunity for, um, data centers to look at Indiana in a different light.

Um, that sales tax exemption that data centers see, uh, on their enterprise equipment is, is not, um, unlike some sales tax exemptions that are available for large manufacturers on manufacturing equipment.
