So what's your advice for someone, you know, five, ten years younger than you?

I love this question because when I worked at architecture firms, any time one of my coworkers was announcing they were having a baby, I would always have like a sit down or like a phone call or a coffee maybe because I just care so much about Them being set up for success, like I've always loved that because motherhood has been my favorite part and I want them to enjoy it too.

And so the advice that I always give them is, you know, I've met with a wide range of designers on this where some of them are working a lot of hours because they love what they do.

And I'll be like, hey.

you are not going to be able to continue with that level of work style once you have your kiddo.
