And so, uh, has the organization evolved over the last, uh, few years? Or, you know, could you speak a little bit on that when you first arrived until, until now?

Yeah, even though it's been about four and a half years, I'd have to look at the actual date of when I started, but about four and a half years since I've been here, it really has.

So fundraising in general is, has seen some shifts.

So United Way, when it first started, you know, United Way is a global organization.

One of the really awesome things about United Way is, if you get involved and plugged in in your city, chances are if you move to a new city they're gonna have one there as well.

But each United Way gets to work independently because the needs that, even in Arkansas, the needs we have here, because we live in the Delta, are gonna be different than, say, those needs in Little Rock or, um, you know, in Fayetteville area.

So when we are looking at what's happening, we look at trends for fundraising of course.

And so, um, what are, what are some of the biggest challenges that families in Northeast Arkansas are facing today?
