Absolutely.

Yeah, training the new staff member in these tools and in these protocols, ensuring that it's listed that they've been trained.

All of these things are all part of compliance.

So it is an absolute minefield.

And it's interesting, like over the last few months, there's been, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, Julie, like multiple email sort of scams in these phishing campaigns where people are pretending to be a patient or patient data that dentists are trying to access and in the end you're getting these huge breaches where you know these malicious actors are jumping in and then there's ransomware involved as well it's just seems like it's getting more and more and I think interestingly I was doing a little bit of prep work for this podcast and looking at what What was the data again, Bex, on some of the on the notifiable data breaches? It was 1,300, I think it was, notifiable data breaches in Australia.

The biggest percentage of that in 2025, biggest percentage of that is in healthcare.

So we are on top of the list of the ones who are most exposed and the ones who are having to go through that process.
