So w- we go back three years earlier than that, so go back to nineteen ninety-eight when we started, uh, fundraising for this idea that, that we had, myself and, uh, my two partners.

We were all worked together at HSBC at the time.

We came up with the idea as, uh, through a series of discussions that started with, uh, trying to raise debt for companies.

Um, then it became, uh, securitization, and then realized that infrastructure doesn't exist.

So companies were not very organized when it comes to their receivables and their, their credit sales and, and different forms, right? We weren't talking just about retail credit.
