So if you can start by telling everyone a little bit more about you and your path to publication.

Um, so my path to publication, I guess, probably really started back in school.

Um, I am dyslexic, and I found out in school, and I really struggled with writing, and I really, I found it to be the most onerous thing in the world.

And if you went back all those years and sat down opposite me and said, "One day you'll publish a book," I would have, like, absolutely laughed in your face.

There was no way on any Earth that that would have happened.

And so I kind of moved through school and into, into the world of work, coming into the work that I do now, working as a consultant.

Now, we're not gonna have time to go through all seven lenses, but tell us a little bit about kind of the, the premise and maybe talk about one of the lenses that listeners might be interested in.
