So it's an opportunity to, you know, instead of maybe swiping on Bumble and Hinge and all the things that are so easy for us to do, it's like the dopamine hit of all dopamine hits, to put that aside and to get back into the body.

get back into the breath, to work with the nervous system, to do the shadow work and inner child integration, to really mature the self and be able to hold more in your nervous system.

And from there, we tend to just become more magnetic.

We will just attract people that are of a similar frequency and we'll start to resonate.

You don't have to go.

And it's like that looking, grasping energy.
