Harry, I'll come to you first.
2:36
Yeah, sure thing.
2:37
Um, I mean, uh, I wanted to start...
2:41
I, I, I wanna start by answering that with a, a slightly sappy novelist comment, which is that, um, y- you know, being a novelist i- is innately adventurous because the, the, there's, there's nothing so exciting as occupying an unfolding story in your mind as it gradually reveals itself, and it reveals itself through the process of telling it, uh, i.e. through, uh, journeying through the wilderness, if you like.
3:15
And I, I don't know i- if Claire agrees, but I find that as much as it's sort of terrifying, will it be awful, um, also hugely exciting and massively addictive.
3:27
I think once you've spent time in a world of your imagination and journeying through it, you cannot ever stop seeking and craving that again.
3:38
So being a novelist is, is first, you know, being adventurous, if you like, and I, and it really does equate in my mind, the two.
