So like, um, what are they confusing for like autonomy?
12:56
Yeah.
12:56
I think we think about autonomy in different levels, right? So there are autonomy where you just, you know, give agents the instructions and let them do anything that they want.
13:06
But there are also autonomy, we call that guided autonomy, where the agents are gonna go on to do something, and then while that's-- while the agent is doing it, it's actually going to bring human in the loop from time to time to check on important things.
13:18
For example, in our Splunk AI systems, when it go out to call a tool, and for the first time, it actually ask the users that, "I think that calling this tool will help me actually, you know, figure this out or, or get this job done.
13:31
Do I have your permission to do that?" And the users can either say, "I'm not going to let you touch that tool," or the user's gonna say, "Allowing you to do that just once," or, "Allowing you to do that for the rest of the session." There are different level of controls that we want to give to the users, right? So I think depending on, again, you know, the applications, the context, the severity and risk of the different tools, and we need to take a different approach there.

And then can you tell us a little bit more about the, the flagship products that you guys have been working on?
14:50
Yeah.
