And that they actually, I think, can make money on.

Yes, good point.

So a key part of this vision here is to have a deep network of batteries across the grid that are reducing the cost there.

But the bigger, more recent driver of the cost crisis that we have is, of course, what's going on with PJM and the data centers.

And data centers have created truly an epic crisis and have resulted in billions and billions of dollars being handed down through pjm to maryland ratepayers and this program providing storage at the distribution level is a critical way for maryland to kind of hedge on those potential costs to reduce the amount of capacity that the utilities have to pay for.

In terms of longer term affordability and what is going to happen when the price caps, our governor did a great job working with other governors getting price caps in place for the capacity auction.

What's going to happen over the next five, 10 years? It's a strong possibility that those prices are going to keep going up.
