I think evidentiary issues or, you know, something that we heard at a conference recently is documentation, right? So be sure that you're documenting all these violations, all issues, and then telling your attorneys is going to be a big one.

So I think a lot of the mom and pop NARPM, classic NARPM operators, should start by doing sort of a an overview of what have we updated on our process and when was the last time we did it because if the answer isn't isn't very recently then you probably should start there there's plenty of other tips too i'll let hans and jared chime in but to me that's always the starting point is make sure you're you're updating yourself and your process um because because the bad guys are certainly updating themselves all the time
