And actually, vulnerability is the best quality to have as a leader.

... of the festival that you were, or event that you were envisaging.

Yeah, really good question, and I love talking about this.

Um, so we said we feel like the affiliate industry deserves better than what's going on at the moment because, um, we think we wanted to create an event that was fun, that we would love to go to.

Right

... reports, and, like, beat down the action plan and, and I felt like I was fucking annoying people, or I was that, like, feminist killjoy in, like, every meeting.

And to be doing something that is actually gonna bring meaningful change, in an industry, by the way, that, that really needs it, and the- there are not enough women in leadership teams in this industry, es- especially in some of the big companies.

There are not enough women at that highest pay band.

Go and look at the gender pay gap reports, and they're, they're not great for, for a lot of the companies in this industry.

So something n- needs to change, and I'm so proud to be part of that.

Even if what we're doing is little, but even if, like, it's making it more of a conversation.
