Yeah, I mean, there are certainly dangers and there are some horrifying things happening, especially in the world of porn and misogyny, and we could go down that whole trail.

But just in terms of that companionship, I do think there is an accessibility There's also something about sparking people's curiosity.

I've been actually impressed with the level of sophistication that AI can offer in terms of the therapeutic space.

I was curious myself and maybe a little skeptical to begin with, and I'm always open-minded, so I've actually been quite amazed at the level that it can provide.

And it is making us more curious and AI is encouraging us to ask questions of ourselves.

What is your take on all of that?

But UKCP is the highest regulating body.

That means that I have to adhere to such a strict code of ethics, um, and meet their standards, and that I am constantly being regulated by them.

I also have to be in constant training throughout the rest of my career so that I'm at the forefront of what's going on, so that I'm being, uh, making sure that everything is being ethically sense-checked, that I'm continuing my development because, like anything, if you just lock it down and think-

And if somebody works with you, h- how usually the thing goes? Like, it's a six months, o- one year, one month, one week? Like, how? Like, two parts, three-

Totally dependent on what they need to address, what they wanna, um, how they wanna work with me.

Sometimes there'll be a certain issue to overcome, and I'll say, 'Look, let's, you know, let's do six weeks.

Let's see how it goes.' Sometimes it's open-ended, and we work for a while.
