And yeah, I think that's lovely the way you say, you know, celebrating them and praising them because that's, I mean, not the be all and end all, but that is so important to everyone to feel empowered know appreciated and um yeah so no i think it definitely sounds like you're a very good leader and you've got some great uh leadership skills there so uh yes um another part of your um application and one of my favorite parts and i know again we have touched on this a little bit is talking about being becoming a mum and and you said becoming a mother completely changed your perspective um can you tell us a little bit more about that and I guess I'm also intrigued to know because I know a lot of women that I speak to who are kind of at that point in their career where they feel like they're a bit stuck between they feel like they either have to choose a family or choose their career and they can't you know necessarily do both in that headspace can you just talk about your journey and and how it changed your perspective and you know your comments on that
