Hannah, where were you working? What were you doing then? And how did you end up on the Toucan programme at that point?

So in April last year, so I work at HGV, still do, did back then.

I was barely new into my current role, which was a, it was a promotion from my previous.

And...

Firstly, I think with mentoring, I'd never done it before, menteeing, and I'd only ever heard good things from friends, from colleagues about having a mentor, being a mentor.

And Toucan was, or Cultivate Success, was offered to us as HGB.

And a few of us sort of thought, I think this would be a good thing to do.
