And where did that take you eventually? Because I know that you ended up doing some coaching and some playing and you've done some competitions as well.
3:58
Yeah, so I did the Bronx Busters Talent Quest competition in May 2019.
4:04
I was 15 years old, so I hadn't really performed up until that point and I also hadn't really taught.
4:09
And I went into that competition having no idea what to expect because I hadn't performed before.
4:14
But I got up there and I played with the bands and I ended up winning the overall winner for the intermediate section.
4:20
And that sort of started my career.
4:22
So from that moment onwards, I was getting asked to go performing.

And what inspired you to do some fundraising for Lifeline?
1:58
And, yeah, couldn't recommend it more, so please do check out The Project.

Hi, I'm Hannah Beer.
2:03
I'm the author of I Make My Own Fun, and this is my summer reading recommendation: The Wedding People by Alison Espach for my, like, perfect summer read.
2:13
It really just had everything that I could possibly want in a book to read on holiday.
2:17
It was, like, surprisingly, uh, really funny in a way that often people say books are funny, and then it's like a, like, dry humor.
2:26
But this was genuinely funny, and so not what I thought it was going to be.
2:31
I thought it would be kind of lighthearted, and actually it dealt with some quite serious stuff in a very, like, loving way, and it was also just a beautiful love story.
6:24
It is extremely funny and a kind of charm novel that just is absolutely timeless.
