What do, what do you mean about, by that? And how can people use that in everyday life?
12:26
Breath is such an underutilized opportunity, I think would be the way to put it.
12:32
That, you know, we are born to... from water into this world where we have to breathe to survive, and at first we cry [laughs] because we don't like leaving the watery world we come from after nine months.
12:48
And then we use this breath day in and day out, and we're much better at breathing when we babies.
12:53
When you watch a baby sleep and their belly is rising and falling, and they're breathing with their whole lung capacity.
12:59
And then as we get older and we are upright, and we have anxiety which presses on our chest, or we sit slumped forward, you know, we stop breathing with a fraction of our lungs, and we become bad breathers.
13:12
And, you know, the whole n- nose versus mouth breathing.

50:12
We are water, and I truly believe that we protect what we love, and that when something we love is threatened, we act.
50:26
[upbeat music] I grew up on a horse farm outside Pretoria in South Africa, and my childhood consisted of riding horses bareback, climbing the tallest trees, catching frogs, and listening to owls at night.
50:45
I had two rules: come home before the sun sets, and don't die.
