And I remember one day we went for a walk, uh, me and the team, and we saw a number of buildings, one after another, overlooking the coastal line, and they were either demolished or partly demolished.

But there was no sign of why this was happening.

You would see, like, a whole floor intact, but then the floor above or underneath would have no windows and is partly demolished.

Um, and it was such a striking scene.

And in some parts, actually, we saw banners surrounding buildings or some parts of the area saying development and reorganization of the city.

What, what is the explanation for it? So what, what are the authorities saying they're using the land for?
