Yeah, I'll start by talking about philosophically how we look at stuff.

I think everyone in this room, we're in the business of evaluating human capital.

I've been investing in the middle market, low part of the middle market, the last 20 years.

And that's a little bit different than the large cap and the upper middle market, where you know, evaluation of the management team and the founder entrepreneur is very important.

We predominantly do non-sponsored opportunities.

So that is a big part of our diligence process.
