I might call it an advance over time, and I think probably from my perspective, especially in relation to cervicogenic headache, has been that we have a validated set of physical criteria that we can diagnose a cervical musculoskeletal disorder, which is underpinning our cervicogenic headache.

And if I'm allowed, I might do a little bit of history because it did take time to develop.

And I mean, we've known for ages that the neck can cause a referred pain into the head.

But it really wasn't until the 1960s that it was actually proven that cervicogenic headache was related to a joint disorder.
