So in my most recent race as the skipper of UNICEF, my youngest crew member was actually around the world crew member Lucas, 19 years old at the start of the race.

What an adventure.

You have to be 18 to start.

So definitely one of the younger members of crew and the youngest member of the UNICEF team.

Right up to 72 years of age, in our case.
