Uh, tell us a little bit about Maximus for those who haven't come, uh, across you or the work that you do with the REC.

Yeah, of course.

It'd be my pleasure.

Um, so my name's Guy Venables.

I'm regional director here at Maximus, so I'm responsible for a whole range of different services that we deliver over swathes of the United Kingdom for local and national government.

Essentially, in a nutshell, all of our services are people-focused, all try to change and improve the lives of people in our, our communities.

And, and we employ about five thousand people across a range of specialisms.

Uh, looking at the experience Maximus has on the ground, and particularly with younger people, what are the barriers that young people face, and kind of what support tends to help them best?
